Spyher was founded in 2021 by CIA veteran Rosanna Minchew, who served as an operationally certified Collection Management Officer and who has over 20 years of experience in intelligence, security and risk management in operational and leadership positions around the world.
Drawing on this experience and an extensive network of subject matter experts across intelligence and law enforcement disciplines, Spyher offers deep expertise in risk management, counterintelligence, area studies, and leadership. Our specialty is delivering one to five-day immersive, experiential learning programs good for team building and growing substantive knowledge. Our information management audits help teams make the most of their resources and ensure that the good work done by government officials is shared in a responsible and timely way, that also builds institutional knowledge.Â
